Hands On the Land Website

From the Source:

“Public lands comprise approximately one-third of the acreage of the U.S., and you'll soon see they are rich in historical, archeological and environmental learning opportunities. Through the HOL network of field classrooms, Federal agencies are providing a diverse array of hands-on learning opportunities for teachers and students. And, in addition to the field activities at each site, teachers and students are learning from each other through the HOL web site. This web site allows teachers and students to share information and learn about their local ecosystems, creative teaching strategies, and much more!”
